I did a really interesting personality test that helped me to reflect about myself called: True Colors at SILC. Consequently, I realized that my predominant color is blue.
This color releases in the way that I teach. Now, I can understand why I am always so flexible with my students, so I give them a lot of opportunities because I strongly believe in second chances. I am so emotional and caretaker. That is why I think it will be a good idea to set up rules with my students since the beginning of the school year and let them know the due date for homework, assignment or workshop. In that way, they will be aware of their learning process and also learn about the importance of responsibility in order to built up a better place to live.
Exactly, Lisbeth!
ReplyDeleteIt is important to find a balance. It is necessary to reinforce the rules in order to be fair and have a better management of our classes.
And of course, we will always love them! Teaching them how to function well in society (being responsible, following rules, etc.) is also a sign of love.
Thanks! I really appreciate your words. All your comments, suggestions, and recommendations are very welcome.
